Mid-Year Journal Prompts
If you can believe it, we’re halfway through the year. For us, this time of the year is a bit of a turning point. We constantly talk about the future and our goals, but slowing down and taking note of what we have achieved already in the year can be a really beautiful exercise.
So we want to encourage you, our dear readers, to take some time this week to reflect on the months that have passed since you screamed ‘Happy New Year’ to a bar full of strangers, covered in someone else’s glitter and splashes of cheap white wine.
Grab a notebook, or your phone (since its 2019), and jot down some answers to these journal prompts. Remember to always reflect from a place that is free of judgement — it’s ok that you haven’t finished Marie Kondo-ing your entire house yet, or that your dog still hasn’t been to the vet even though he’s had a limp for 3 months.
Don’t judge, just notice.
